Kegan Consulting Explores Meaning
From New Perspectives Upon Universals

No one yet knows the true import of this new timing, we are still in the early years, like the sinking of the Titanic in the time after 1901 and before WWI, when the old ways are wrecked but the new insights have not yet begun. Some just call this the post post-modern or use the current political label (following Gwen Ifyl's book) THE AGE OF OBAMA.

Not even President Barack Obama himself shows any inkling of how totally different the reality of America will be in the 2010's from anything known in the "modern" millennium C.E.1001 to 2000. The only certainty looking forward is that what was solid and dependable over the last century or more is now longer relevant at all any more. His task will be to shepherd the crowded lifeboats of the Titanic shipwreck of the post-20th century for their survival and efforts to return safely back to the American Homeland.

Timing Analogs come in many forms, and Dr. Kegan has developed a number of novel forms for Kegan Consulting insights and advice. These are revolutionary departures from the denial of any study of timing, especially horoscopes, in traditional universities.

'Modern' Science grew out of the medieval Scholastic translation of the Books of Aristotle as the Sciences of their university curriculum (Latin word scientia translates to Book, knowledge or "Science"). Timing was believed to be solely belonging to the Divine, so only probability or random events could be studied in medieval Scholastic science.

Kegan Consulting is founded upon these new insights into timing analogs such as reformulating the traditional horoscope through the ladder technique of Marc Edmund Jones to produce the X-Ray Eye snapshot of a day in terms of how it feels, expressed in simple phrases such as 'Nothing Below the Waist' for George W. Bush43 and his inability to form working relationships with anyone.

When applied to daily moods and events, the X-Ray Eye of Kegan Consulting becomes the Tao Smithy Absolute (like the Dow Jones Average)which describes the mood and feelings of the general public and the markets. There are many conflicting explanations for any day's market actions; however, the meaning of the day is the realm of the Tao Smithy Absolute and Kegan Consulting's slogan: Analysis >> Clarity >> Results.

The Tao Smithy Absolute showed all the planets at the diaphragm of the Galactic Woman or "Only a Punch at the Gut" for election Day 1980 when the deadlock in release of our hostages in Tehran, produced an overwhelming landslide for Reagan. As Dr. Kegan described on a local radio show in October, the winner of the election would be determined totally and only by the headlines the weekend before.

Had those headlines been about Reagan's warlike attitudes or as we now know, his campaign operatives' secret offer of a deal involving oil, weapons and Iranian frozen assets for assurances the hostages (U.S. Embassy personnel)would NOT be released before the election in November, Carter would have won the great landslide.

The election dirty tricks worked a bit too well and the hostages were not released until Reagan was inaugurated and an era of big deals and wild intrigue was launched. This included the covert operations costing billions of taxpayer dollars to arm, train, and inspire the pious Saudi Muslim from a well-connected family, Osama Bin Laden.

He had gone to Afghanistan to maintain a registry (called al Queda in Arabic) of fighters so their families could be notified in the event of their deaths so their families could fulfill Muslim religious obligations. Again, their efforts were too successful and the attacks of September 11th 2001 were set in motion as just one more unintended consequence of short-sighted Conservative non-thinking and unbridled covert operations.

A landslide was the only available election result in 1980, which candidate would win by that margin was all that was up for grabs. The polling by both the Reagan and Carter campaigns found a dead heat in candidate preference amongst the American voters 49% for Carter to 49% for Reagan from the weekend before the election right through Election Day 1980. The Iran-Contra conspirators grabbed the headlines and the rest is history.

Had the Carter campaign known that only the headlines that weekend mattered and invested in raising questions about what mischief Reagan would have plunged America into as President, it would have been a Carter landslide and Osama Bin Laden and his al Queda would not have been set up through CIA covert operations, training and support to believe they were a great army to expand their horizons to grow into the 9/11 attacks.

Under Big Bang Theory insights of Dr. Kegan, gravity is the dynamic expression of the continuing expansion of the universe which generated the solar system as a single, flat cloud of primordial debris that settled out according to dynamic principles that created the planets as part of a harmonic system that can be tracked through the observed relative geometry of the planets through the Zodiac.

This overall insight that the unnoticed context of all human activity is related to the complex dynamics and angular momentum of the expanding Universe of the Big Bang underlies two sets of timing analogs. One is based in Sabian Astrology of Marc Edmund Jones that gave rise to the X-Ray Eye chart and the Tao Smithy Absolute analysis of federal Election Days and other important dates.

Another Kegan Consulting timing analog is the Pythagorean Computer, also known as common dice cubes.The instantaneous state of that total dynamic can be measured by casting a pair of dice. The dice cubes were developed by Pythagoras to express his fundamental insights. They now can also be used to explain all of astrology and the principles of the I Ching or Flux Tome hexagrams.

The ancient I Ching of 2200 B.C.E. established the 64 hexagrams --all the possible 6-place binary figures of two line values. These were traditionally arranged in a sine wave like pattern as a binary counter from 0 to 63. These concepts which remain the framework of 'modern' physics and computer science became obsolete in China in 1100 B.C.E.

The new arrangement in terms of the meaning and philosophy associated with the hexagrams gave rise to the innovation of the King Wen Sequence which Dr. Kegan is the first to explain in terms of the numbering and fundamental principles of the Monad, Dyad, Triad, and Tetrad which are seen in both the Pythagorean Tetraktys and the Chinese Taiji or Yin/Yang symbol.

The Moon VOID tab will give you the Green Light signal that the Moon is in its normal mode allowing events to unfold as expected.

The RED LIGHT indicates that the MOON IS VOID OF COURSE meaning it is the time after the moon has formed all of its major relationships to all ten Planets and it has left its tracking until it changes sign. When the Moon is off its rails and running a bit wild unexpected things may happen.

When the Moon is Void of Course (V/C) things may seem to run per routine, but anything done during these times will not turn out right in the long run. Conditions later will prevent any good result. Agreements reached in these times will fall apart when the Moon returns to normal functioning. Official papers to be filed with the Moon V/C either will not get filed or their filing will go terribly awry.

A Yellow light warning is included to give you time to complete necessary business and prepare for the lunar vacation of the V/C Moon. What should one do during the V/C moon? Plan, prepare documents to be delivered when the moon is back on track or anything else that does not require hard commitments or objective responses from other people.

The stop lights change eventually, though not at the moment the moon goes v/c or crosses into the next sign. The times printed on the page are correct. Mine is in NV time. I don't know how you change to other time zones... check it out for yourself.
